Some things your mentors say just stick with you.

These are a few of the reminders I still carry into the way I teach today. They’ve helped me loosen my grip on doing things “right” and pay more attention to the people actually in front of me.

If you’re looking for that kind of support in your own teaching, my Trauma-Informed Yoga Mentorship is now accepting applications.

"If I have seen further, it is by standing on the shoulders of giants." — Isaac Newton

I am so grateful to my restorative yoga teacher and mentor, Alex. Your grounding advice and wisdom have been a guiding light on this crazy journey. Thank you for taking me under your wing, for your generosity, and for the lessons that extend far beyond the mat.

I dedicate this E-RYT 200 certification to continuing the work of the teachers who came before us—honoring their wisdom, their resilience, and their devotion to this practice.

Psst… a little heads-up for you! 🚨 @tigerleela is only at HAUM until February 20th before she heads back to Europe!

If you haven’t taken her Candlelight Flow yet, now’s your chance! ✨ Join her every Tuesday & Thursday at 8PM at our Mission Studio.

This class is pure magic—gentle heat, deep stretches, and the soft glow of candlelight to help you unwind and reset. Paired with melodic, ambient music, it’s the perfect way to slow down, breathe, and let go.

Navigating life as a yoga teacher is hard. Finding a supportive mentor helps a lot.

***SWIPE FOR A LOVELY DAY OUT***

Even Restorative Yoga teachers need support. Holding space for healing is hard. I'm so thankful for the support of my mentor, Alex @tigerleela. I'm grateful for the times we get together. 🥰🥰🥰
