Sometimes we need a little reminder of how far we've come to appreciate the journey we are on. Although I have days where I feel like I'm not making any progress, I know that is just my mind playing tricks on me. Progress isn't just about weightloss or fitness pbs. It's also mentality and discipline. It's all of it together and learning to trust the process. Success looks different to all of us. I am loving going to the gym and taking care of my body, mind and becoming more spiritual 🙌 My faith is stronger and I'm in a good place after the last few weeks of bad anxiety. I pushed through. I'm happy today and for that I'm grateful 🙏

Sending love and strength 💪 to all of you.

#shinewalk reel 1- The start!
It was really emotional making this video. So much pride for our group. Reel 2 will be up soon. There's still time to support our fundraising page and help beat Cancer!
Congratulations to everyone who took part whether it was the 10k, half marathon or full marathon...you're all incredible!

Here's a sneak peek at my new single 'Game Over'. This song means a lot to me because I almost didn't live to tell my story but here I am fighting the battle against EUPD and raising my beautiful son. I thank God I am alive and whilst I'm still on my journey facing scrutiny, discrimination and having to re live my past traumas I'm getting back up fighting every time!
I hope it captures the strength and vulnerability in all of us. I'm going to be releasing #GameOver in April.
Big thanks to producer @jamiebrown9716
and @onemediamusic for keeping the faith!

Thank you Joshua Jerrard for making this promo video! You are one in a billion!
