What a beautiful evening celebrating the life and legacy of Halston. 🤍

One of my favorite things about fashion is learning the stories behind the people who shaped it. Beyond the beautiful garments, there is so much history, intention, and humanity behind the art. To hear those stories from the people who knew and loved Halston made the evening that much more special.

A heartfelt thank you to the Halston family, for sharing such personal pieces of his life with us. Especially Lesley Frowick and Brook Drummond, Halston’s nieces, for your warmth and for helping us understand the man beyond the name. I left feeling so inspired, not only by his contributions to fashion, but by the legacy that continues to live through those who loved him. He was truly a pioneering American Designer.

A special thank you to Shanice ( @luvbeingshanice )and Kren ( @kren.the.curator ) of @culture.and.co.museum for the thoughtful invitation and for bringing such a meaningful experience to Nashville. Thank you to @withlovehalston @1hotel.nashville and everyone who helped bring this beautiful evening to life.

And how special to see Halston’s legacy continue through the next generation of designers. Fashion is so much more than what we wear. It’s the stories we tell, the people we connect with, and what we leave behind for others to build upon.

Grateful to have been in the room, to have learned, and to have witnessed it all.

With love,
Seng ❤️

& shoutout to my bestfriend being my +1 lol
