It is a space for everyone whether you have experienced these challenges personally, supported someone who has, or simply wants to better understand the impact of mental well being. Together, we aim to open hearts and minds, break down stigma, build empathy and remind anyone who feels alone that they are seen, valued and that supportive communities exist where they can connect, heal and thrive.

still reflecting on what this course has meant to me…a year ago only a couple of friends knew I wrote some songs. a few weeks ago I arranged/made a video for/performed a short medley of 5 originals w my classmates for the course final project.

it’s been one of the most challenging and rewarding things I’ve done, very much out of my comfort zone in ways I didn’t expect. I don’t normally get nervous singing on stage but singing my own songs you can hear the nerves in my voice, I barely breathed during the whole performance lol.

sharing it here bc I’m proud of myself and very grateful for this time and the wonderful people I’ve met💗
