Greatest experience fighting and winning GOLD🥇 at the @amazingmuaythaifestival in Bangkok, so grateful for the experience and opportunity, fighting at such high level and being up against people from all round the world. Fought last years gold medalist and won by second round KO so proud of myself as I’ve trained really hard to get to this point.

So lucky to have such amazing support from the whole of the England team and my friends and teammates. Really is an unforgettable experience and so glad to have so much support from people at the competition and those who watched from home🫶 wouldn’t be the same without all of you cheering me on so thank you.

Couldn’t have done it without @lisabadco and @richardsmith_badcompany_gym in my corner so thank you for putting up with me😛. Thanks to everyone that has been involved with my training im so grateful for everyone that has helped me in this fight camp. Also thank you to @yokkaotrainingcenter for helping me get ready in the days coming up to competition🙏 and sorting out training gear for us to use whilst we’re out here and have in England.

Well done to every single fighter you all smashed it and gave everything so everyone should be so proud of themselves and I’m so grateful to be on a team with so many amazing dedicated fighters. Missing the competition already so can’t wait for October. BRING ON SARDINIAAA😛

World Championship Silver medalist 🥈🇬🇧
Although I didn’t come away with the gold, I’m incredibly proud to have represented England for the 4th year on the world stage.
To start off the tournament i fought in the semifinals against a Spanish opponent, I knew I hadn’t quite performed at my best, so I went into the final wanting to show what I was truly capable of.
The final was a close fight against a strong German opponent, and while some may think it could have gone either way, that’s the sport. Congratulations to my opponent Tabea.
Looking back, the medal is only part of the journey. Spending four weeks training alone in Thailand was one of the biggest challenges I’ve faced. Being away from home, pushing through two sessions a day, and staying disciplined without my usual support network tested me mentally as much as physically. Those four weeks helped me grow in ways I never expected.
This experience has given me confidence, resilience, and a reminder that the biggest improvements often come from stepping outside your comfort zone.
Thank you to everyone who supported me throughout this journey. Your support means everything.
I’m only 18, and this is just the beginning. I’ll take everything I’ve learned, keep working, and come back even stronger.
The journey continues. 🇬🇧🥊

Huge thank you to my sponsors to who continue to support me on my journey-
