i still can’t believe this is a real place.

@tomorrowland is so much more than a music festival.

it’s a place where you feel THE LOVE from the very first step you go through that gate.

an entire town built down to the smallest detail. pure art.
home to a community of people from every corner of the world, all coming to simply have their best time ever.
a place where language isn’t a barrier because music speaks for everyone. and the best part? you make friends as easily as you did in kindergarten. for real.

been trying to find the right words to describe some of the best days of my life, but it’s hard.
how was @tomorrowland? still don’t have an answer. amazing? incredible? epic? those words feel too small for what this festival gives you over 4 days.

my first TML was an unreal experience that filled me with the most beautiful emotions at the highest level. got goosebumps just writing this.

a part of me is still in dream ville and will stay there until i return ❤️

The idea: come here for 3 weeks, fetch my visa, see my parents, go back to Cape Town.
Since none of my plans are going as planned, of course this shouldn’t be the case this time either.
After 3 months I’m still here, writing this love letter to myself because I found myself in the city that I left to find myself.

In April I met some people that literally changed my life. And it only took them a single phone call.
León, Melli, Dominik and Arne- now I know why Hamburg is called the gate to the world.
These guys included me, changed my perspectives, the way I worship things and taught me how to unite ourselves- they helped me find the real Greta. And I fall in love with her over and over again.
Working for the Euros helped me become the best version of myself. I set new priorities, new goals, lost my focus but found a new one that fulfills me more than anything else. I made friends, loved wholeheartedly, lived my passion, celebrated work and for the first time in a while I was able to say: wow Greta, you’re good at what you do. And people see it.
So this chapter is closed, but it’s only the beginning. Stay tuned and once again-
