You don’t really get what happens at these until you’re in the room.

The speakers and the villa and the activities are the cherry on top. Nice but not the point.

The real thing is the conversations behind closed doors. Sitting with people running at the same speed as you. Hitting the same walls. Carrying the same stuff they don’t say out loud at home.

First couple of days everyone’s still a bit polished. Then the barriers come down and you realise you’ve all got more or less the same problems. Different businesses. Different bodies. Different bank balances. Same head.

That’s what people leave with. Not notes. Perspective and a group of people who actually get it.

Next ones:
📍 Dubai in January/February
📍 Bali next May

If that sounds like the room you’ve been missing then everything is at www.mewevents.com and the link is in my bio: @mewe.events

Nobody says this part out loud: most “masterminds” are expensive holidays with a content alibi. A room full of people posturing, not helping.

This one wasn’t that.

Eleven entrepreneurs, zero posturing. Different industries, different stages. But almost everyone in that room was quietly working through the same handful of problems nobody admits to out loud. That’s the real value of a room like that. Not eleven new ideas. Proof that your “unique” problem isn’t unique at all.

Building something is lonely. Not the Instagram kind of lonely: the real kind. Even the most understanding partner can’t carry the full weight of it. Neither can your closest friends. So you carry it alone.

For one week, I didn’t have to do either. Everyone in that room challenged each other’s decisions without mercy, and without ego. Nobody flinched. Nobody defended. Everyone just wanted the person across the room to see their full potential.

Compare that to everywhere else in life: work, social media, even your own family. Everywhere else rewards you for looking like you’ve already got it figured out. This room paid you for admitting you didn’t.

That’s not networking. That’s the brotherhood most founders never get to have.

Thank you to the guys, the speakers who actually brought something worth taking home, and @mewe.events , for a week I won’t forget. @jossmooney , your ability to connect the right people made all the difference. See you at the next one.

You become who you surround yourself with. For one week, I got to pick eleven of the best reasons that’s true. #mastermind #bali

One of the men in the room said the word prison.

Not about where he was. He was sitting in a villa in Bali at sunset with some of the most successful entrepreneurs I’ve ever been in a room with.

He was talking about his own mind.

Someone else said they hadn’t had a day off in five years, until their body forced it on them. Another said he was so focused on what other people thought, he couldn’t remember the last time he did something purely for himself. Another had been chasing success his whole life to show his father something his father never gave him credit for.

These are 7, 8, 9-figure business owners. Smart, driven, capable people who have built extraordinary things.

And almost every single one of them is running the same hidden program in the background, a belief they formed somewhere between childhood and their first big win, that’s quietly shaping every decision, every relationship, every moment they can’t switch off.

In the live hypnosis session, we went in, pulled out the beliefs that had been running the show for decades, deleted them, and stepped into the identity that actually belongs to where they’re going next.

And what I watched happen in that room is what I’ve spent 15 years doing, helping people who have already built the external results rewire the internal ones.

Because the ceiling you keep hitting? It’s not a strategy problem.

It’s a belief problem. An identity problem.

And it can change faster than you think.

A huge thank you to @jossmooney for brining me in and creating the space for this work to happen.

When a “mastermind” becomes a “masterpiece” —- unknown DA

One of the biggest lessons I took from @jossmooney’s Bali Mastermind wasn’t from a speaker.

It came from the conversations between the sessions.

Over the course of the week, founders, investors, operators, AI engineers, creators, and entrepreneurs from completely different industries and backgrounds bounced ideas from every angle, often seeing opportunities, risks, and possibilities that the person closest to the problem couldn’t see themselves.

Different businesses.
Different experiences.
Different perspectives.

But remarkably similar values.

People willing to share openly.
Challenge ideas.
Offer perspectives.
Make introductions.
Help each other win.

And that’s where the magic happened.

Not necessarily in the scheduled sessions, but over lunch, by the pool, during workouts, over dinner, and sometimes at midnight over a whisky and a cigar.

One conversation in particular with @maclemmens completely changed how I think about my own business.

What started as a discussion around AI Personas evolved into exploring the much bigger mission @yoorz.ai : infrastructure for human intelligence.

A way of thinking about expertise not as content, coaching, or consulting, but as a scalable asset.

That conversation ultimately led to the concept of the Standard Operating Persona (SOP), a framework that will now become part of how we position and build at @yoorz.ai

The interesting thing is that breakthrough didn’t come from a presentation.

It came from someone looking at the business from the outside and seeing something I couldn’t see myself.

That’s the power of being around exceptional people.

The value wasn’t that everyone thought the same.

The value was that they didn’t.

Different perspectives.
Shared values.

Huge credit to @jossmooney for creating an environment where those conversations could happen.

The real asset wasn’t the villa, the speakers, or even the agenda.

It was bringing together a group of people whose conversations were worth having.

That’s rare.

And that’s what I’ll remember most from the week. Thank you to all (tagged) for making the Bali mastermind, a masterpiece.

Went to my first in-person mastermind.

Why?

Because I was seeking new information and was looking for a new peer group for a quite sometime.

7 days in Bali with 12 complete strangers.

Some were just getting started. Some had sold multiple companies.

Some were running 5th-generation businesses with 400+ employees. Some had millions of followers and a stack of other businesses. Some were building patented tech. Some had just retired and were chasing the next thing. Some had already racked up multiple 8 and 9-figure exits.

The realization?

From the outside, everyone looks „ahead.”

In the room, everyone is still figuring it out.

Different level. Same uncertainty. Same pressure. Same obsession with growth.

Most people never get in rooms like this. They assume they don’t belong yet.

That assumption is the most expensive one you’ll ever make.

Grateful for every one of these guys.

Kein Blabla, sondern echte Umsetzung.
KI Ads, verständlich erklärt – direkt aus der Mastermind.

In dieser Session ging es nicht um Trends, sondern um echte Vereinfachung:
👉 Welche Prozesse KI wirklich abnehmen sollte

Manche starten recht flexibel.
Manche komplett steif & verkürzt.
Manche irgendwo dazwischen.

Hol dir Hilfe. Sprich mit jemandem. Heute
