In the lab with @tim.fergusonn working on his efficiency🧪
Drill is to 5 or 7 makes without missing 2 in a row
- Find a rhythm
- Shoot the same shot consistently
- Challenge yourself to higher standard and don’t allow the last shot (make or miss) linger to the next one
💯Next shot mentality💯

HOOPERS, use this drill to work on your mid-range/pull up jumper. Focus and emphasize playing staying low until rising into your shot, also focus on pounding the ball on that last dribble before rising into your shot to ensure that the ball is getting up and into your shooting pocket quickly.
•
As you go and continue to master the drill, add counters and defense to work on the athletes reaction to live movements.

Good Drill. Athlete is working their dribble pull up, focusing on staying/playing low while emphasizing pounding the ball to get the ball to your shooting pocket quicker. 🎯

Additionally you can add a counter to the drill causing the athlete to train the body to react quickly to defensive movement.👨🏾‍🔬🧪
