🚨 THE TRAINING SHOWS UP WHEN THE LIGHTS COME ON. 🚨

This is what evidence-based sports performance training is supposed to look like.

Dream Believe Grind Athletics isn’t built around random workouts. Our performance program is designed around purposeful, progressive training focused on the athletic qualities that transfer to competition:

⚡ Speed & acceleration
💥 Explosive power & force production
💪 Strength development
🔄 Agility & change of direction
🏃 Movement efficiency
🧠 Athletic confidence & preparation

CLIENT SPOTLIGHT: JORDAN EDGECOMB | #24 | COLGATE UNIVERSITY

Jordan opened his first game with 2 SOLO TACKLES + 1 SACK — and earned our D.B.G. DEFENSIVE DOG OF THE WEEK. 🐶🔥

One game doesn’t define an athlete, but moments like this demonstrate why the work matters. The objective of our program is simple: prepare athletes physically so their training can translate when competition gets faster, stronger and more demanding.

At Dream Believe Grind Athletics, we don’t train athletes just to look good during drills.

WE TRAIN FOR TRANSFER.
WE TRAIN FOR PERFORMANCE.
WE TRAIN FOR GAME DAY.

This young man has been with me for 3.5 years now and has continued to make tremendous progress in our program. Always putting in the work and making the most out of his opportunities. Being 1 of only 4 young men as an 8th grader to make his 9th grade Freshman team at @westlake_football1 he is a promising rising star that has so much upside to his athletic abilities. Keep pushing young man and congratulations on being our top performer of the 3 Assessment at D.B.G Athletics. #sportstraining #footballtraining #football #sports #sportlife
