Why SongCycle is worth the investment 💜 We know $299 is a significant investment, especially as an emerging artist. Music is expensive enough as it is, and we completely understand that sometimes the budget just isn’t there. No hard feelings at all. At the same time, we want to be transparent about what goes into making a writing camp like this happen. From booking a professional recording studio and providing the equipment to bringing together producers, sound engineers, and a team to capture the experience, there’s a lot happening behind the scenes. We’re also creating an opportunity for artists to showcase the music they work on. Our goal has always been to make these kinds of opportunities as accessible as possible, while also making Popcycle sustainable enough to keep creating them. We put a lot of thought into pricing Songcycle fairly, but we also need to cover the costs involved and make the project financially viable. We know it’s not for everyone’s budget, and that’s okay. We just wanted to give you a little more insight into what goes into creating this experience. For those joining us next week, we can’t wait to create something together. And for those who can’t make it this time, we hope to see you at a future Popcycle event! ✨

“Potential” is finally yours. 💚 Production: @tim_jey @iemtedy and myself ;) Mix + Master: @tim_jey Co-write: @iemtedy 📸 @lensb0y Fun fact: I started writing this song when the second verse said “23 n I’m still trying.” Then it became 24. Now I’m releasing it at 25 lmao This song has been rewritten, reworked and almost finished more times than I can count. Kinda ironic for a song called “Potential.” So for anyone sitting on a demo, an idea, a plan, or anything you started forever ago and convinced yourself it’s too late to finish, it’s not. This shit takes time. Find whatever ounce of belief you still have in yourself and fckn do it! You’ve got one life. Why not? “POTENTIAL” OUT NOW. 💚
