Before graduating in May, I came to NY to visit my good friend @the_odditty during Winter Fashion Week. During this time I was TORN between figuring out what I wanted to do post grad 😭Continue with my degrees & go into corporate .. or FINALLY fulfill my DREAMS of creating content freely and creatively. I remember watching her get ready for all her of her shows and events, specifically a Bronx & Banco event, and thinking wow… I would love for this to be my life! So I prayed… and prayed.. asked for advice, guidance, and took my time. Fast forward a few months later and I just finished my FIRST NYFW !! 😛 these moments are still so surreal for me but I’m so so freaking grateful for every chance I get 🥹 we came a LONG way from 2020 lol. Thank you so much for everyone who believed in me, poured into me, and supports me. My story means NOT GIVING UP! “Success” isn’t linear. You will have ups and downs. Take them all with confidence and hope for better days. I had the BEST team last night. @mrbrianlamont for styling me @sew_official for fixing my dress malfunction 😂 @corrinstudios @noel_diaz @prodxmalizee for snapping my angles!
