2025 starred some amazing people, and we cant overstate how grateful we are 🙏🏼 it’s taken quite a bit of rest and recovery to get back into a creative space after the whirlwind summer of filming followed by Jordan’s surgery and recovery, and it’s honestly a bit daunting to get back into production…but we are so close to completing this film and we are in awe of everyone who helped us make it happen. Here are some stills to give you a little sense of the absurdly fabulous celebration of love, music, and cats that will be Dances of Significance ✨ Coming to a theater near you (if you’re in Portland) summer 2026??

Goodbye 2025, Hello 2026! Here are some moments from the back half of the year that i would hate to forget.

What a mixed bag of a year? Highlights are definitely Divorce Force Four playing our first show, expanding my bass collection with an upright, a few visits to CA to see relatives, and the magic of the holidays- all made more wonderful by having such a supportive chosen family.

Bonus- this post features 9 things i sewed, including 1 garment that i self-drafted. Yay for hobbies!

It’s only our second rodeo!
After having a great time at 8 seconds rodeo last year, we thought we’d check out the local-ish large-scale historic rodeo, Pendleton Round-Up! It was incredible and we want to come back next year; also the horses were truly beautiful.

We went a little out of our way to go to our favorite Red Mountain/Eastern WA winery, Hedges Family Estate and had dinner at Pfiem in Hood River on our way back.
