A few things to share❤️ firstly, this week I was fortunate enough to return to a beloved role, Juliet, although this time in the Cranko version with the most beautiful Romeo @maxyzen and the wonderful artists of @ausballet I’m so thankful to have had the opportunity to perform this, returning to the essence of Juliet felt like a coming home of sorts ☺️ I’ll never tire of the sweeping Prokofiev score and how elated and emotional it makes me feel. Secondly, this felt all the more special as it was my last leading role with The Australian Ballet before I pack up my life and move to Switzerland in August to join @ballettzuerich under the direction of @cathyrmarston There’s so much excitement and gratitude in my heart for this new beginning. The past 2.5 years at Aus Ballet have been joyous, challenging and fulfilling. There were reunions, new connections and most importantly quality family time. Now I feel I understand myself more than ever not just as a dancer but a whole human being and I’m curious and excited to experience how life will evolve. Nothing but gratitude for my experience with @ausballet big thank you to @officialdavidhallberg and all the staff and dancers at @ausballet for bringing me home and for the incredible opportunities to share my love of this art form. My last shows in Melbourne will be in Justin Peck’s Copeland Dance episodes. Can’t wait to dance our socks off out there with my talented and amazing colleagues and friends ❤️
