One year today. One year that you left us. I’ve dread this day but to me every day is the anniversary of your death. Some will say they can’t believe it’s been a year, but I can. Some will say that a rainbow is a sign of you, but I don’t believe it, some will say that a butterfly landing on my shoulder and staying for a while is a sign of you but I don’t feel it. Some will say “she would not want you to be sad/ she would be proud/ she would…” but refuse to put words in a mouth that doesn’t exist anymore. I wish I could believe in those signs, but the truth is your absence left such a giant whole in our life that I cannot not face the evidence that you are very much gone. But I guess grief doesn’t get easier you just learn to integrate it. My dear Tilly, I speak multiple languages and I don’t have the words to even begin to express how I feel about all of this. I love you #justicefortilly #grief #iloveyouforever

This past week, we presented Katherine Chou's brand new play set in the Cerritos/Artesia area. Directed by Rebecca Wear, CALIFORNIA GOLD featured actors Nikita Chaudhry, Sonia Aliya Goswami, Sharayu Mahale, Christine Fang, Provvidenza Catalano, Julia Cho, stage management by Dennis Ngoc Ho, and dramaturgy by Arnab Banerji.
