Hoe glijdt iemand bij jou naar binnen?

Een vraag die misschien even schuurt.

A little ritual for staying in.

There is something about autumn that makes home feel a little more intimate. Softer textures, slower evenings, and more time for the things that make you feel good.

We’re calling it our cozy season — a reminder that pleasure can be part of your everyday rituals too.

For staying in, slowing down and feeling at home in your own body.

Bits n pics from last week! 🌞

Trust the process (+work hard) and you shall be rewarded has been my mantra for April! 🌀 I also spoke about this in my classes lately, feeling like you are not yet where you want to be and feeling behind your own imaginary schedule - but OF COURSE if you raise your own bar constantly, you’ll always feel like you haven’t reached the next step yet. So i looked at everything I already did this month and year and i can tell you it was a LOT!! If you can relate go write down all the progress you made already this year / month and that’s something to be proud about!

Anyway! In the slides we have the latest @conversationclubb event at @thenewparloursalon with @timeforaia, a very cute book exchange with @modernreadersandeaters , very good hair days recently, a podcast by @phoebelovatt , oh I received a signed book (goals!!) from a new author @cleoberger and a snippet of a cute interview series we’re doing with @socialcapital.studio

We had the absolutely BEST time on Sunday talking everything beauty, womanhood, pressure, pleasure… i started the Conversation Club to facilitate and encourage exactly this, sometimes hard conversations that ask for vulnerability and critical thinking and thanks to everyone coming we got exactly that. Special thanks to @thenewparloursalon @timeforaia for co-hosting and @aimeellis for the gorgeous videos!

May dates are in the planning!! 💋

Last Sunday we hosted a gorgeous group of women at @thenewparloursalon together with @timeforaia and had long conversations around beauty, pressure, tweakments, pleasure and much more. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, it was very special ❤️ Key takeaways? We feel the best when we have freedom, a calm nervous system, spend time in nature, dance and take care of ourselves.

May all women stay wild, beautiful, strong and confident in a society that is trying to make us feel like we’re not good enough. 💋
