Another really cool pickup that came in the mail today! Shoutout @timelesstradingco for the amazing find! This Benrus 3 star self-winding watch dates back to the 1950s and utilizes a bumper movement instead of the spinning rotor that more modern automatic watches use. The 3 star was their premium line using more robust swiss movements compared to their more entry level warches. This watch has definitely been loved throughout the years but has been really well preserved seeing as it's from the 1950s. The hardest decision to make is going to be what to do after I get it cleaned up; keep this amazing historical find for my self, or list it on the shop to share it with the people?
