Day 3 of NYFW was another one 😮‍💨🗽

I rushed to the Garment District to grab the new @TheSystemDontWork hat order I had cookin’ before my embroiderer closed, slid over to @doverstreetmarketnewyork for the Denim Tears × Comme des Garçons Parfum “Tears” preview, then jumped in the Jeep and flew over the Brooklyn Bridge trying to beat the madness at @kidsuper’s People’s Runway at Borough Hall.

Didn’t beat it. 😂

The line was crazy, VIP angle wasn’t angling, and parking was damn near impossible, so I said fuck it, found a spot outside and watched it dolo.

Honestly, that ended up being perfect.

I understood the spirit of this one from the title ‘#NYFW can get real velvet rope, who-you-know, closed-door real quick, so seeing Kid Super use his platform to give emerging designers a stage and open the moment up to Brooklyn felt right.

Good looks, good energy, folks showing love to the TSDW fit as usual… then Wyclef pops out. Cool. 😂

A few songs later, motherfucking @LaurynHill walks out and the whole place loses it. 🤯🔥

Big salute to @kidsuper and everybody behind the People’s Runway for giving Brooklyn a real moment. 🗽

Then I dipped and went straight to @daspotnyc in @citypointbklyn to drop the latest TSDW pieces off with owner of the shop Michelle.

The work continues. ⚠️
