It’s nearly time to strip back and reveal what I’ve been building these last 6 months…. It’s nearly kinder egg 🥚 time 😂 . This was my final look last year after prepping for 9 months with an injury. I ended the season on 3 top 3 placings while working at 80% of my best…. so I can only dream what this year will look like working at my 100% 🥹 . This year is going to be special I can feel it. #manifestation . Coached by @coachjmchale Bikini @timetoshinebikinis Makeup @timetoshinemakeup

LFP 2024 RECAP. First things first we want to say a massive thank from the bottom of our hearts for anyone who has trusted us in helping them in their journey! We have been so lucky to of worked with SO MANY athletes this year and also had so many amazing results and talented athletes! 🫶🏽 This year was a year of consistent growth for LFP with launching so many innovative products, services and events, such as; - LFP Fit2Pose : This course brings you first hand knowledge on how to look after you body and spot muscle dysfunction that could be responsible for any struggles you may have with posing! - Bodybuilding 101 : This course has been created for you guys by THREE online coaches (Sania Kelly, Emma Currivan and Rimini Miloro) to help you understand and learn the basics of training, nutrition, lifestyle and also the menstrual cycle. - Stage presence : You can learn EVERYTHING to do with stage here… how to walk in heels, pose down, back of the stage, extra poses, how to create flow and first impressions. We also brought in a NEW POSING COACH @mel_limitlessflowposing who has already worked with so many amazing athletes. The best part about this year was the FIRST ANNUAL CHRISTMAS CHARITY EVENT where we raised £535 for 3 local charities for Christmas time!🤍 Was do nice to see the LFP community come together and raise this much money! 2024 has been amazing and I cannot wait to see how 2025 is going to be! Hopefully bigger and better!

Love this reel created by @zenith_vision_ ♥️♥️ @amy_limitlessflowposing final outing of the season and boyyyyy was it a good one 🔥🔥 Pro card secured, 4th overall won and title of British Champ. BOOM. Amy trusted me with all of her stage looks this season, which means a lot. 3 of the bikinis she didn't even see until the day of her comp 👀. We smashed every look and I'm excited to be making her figure suits next time!!
