hey, where do you find time?
when working an 8-5 job in agency,
and your soul is endlessly seeking outside adventure,
when your heart is to serve in church and on the worship team,
when your heart is also to serve outside the church,
when community builds you up so you find time for them,
when you have hobbies that require dedication,
when you commit to investing in gear for your hobbies,
when you try to be creative with painting and poetry after pouring your capacity into work,
when you train to stay fit,
when you commit to buying your first car yourself and living on that budget,
when your personality needs quiet time with the balance of quality time,
when you want to check in with the people you love to make sure they’re also finding balance in their lives,
when you wonder what your family looks like one day, and how you will get there,
when you are chasing your dream of being a musician through it all,
when you finally hear your songs in the car on your way to work, and back, to make sure they are everything you’ve dreamt of since you were a little kid,
when in all this you’re trying to be the person you were called to be.

when in that moment - you realise the Lord has blessed your life, in abundance.
that’s when all the overwhelming fear that there is not enough time for everything, is completely replaced by peace and gratitude beyond words.
you’re the one looking at the clock while He’s looking at you.

thank you Lord.
patiently waiting for the results of last weekend’s recording. i’m so excited and so distracted from my life atm, can’t stop talking to God about all my dreams, and can’t stop thanking Him for music. in everything, he gets the glory.
