Not a gold but I had un unbelievable final with the top ranked Blue masters athlete in @allstarsbjj , was ahead on advantages and Claudio managed to do a sweep in the last 5 secs of the fight. He is an absolute beast, Learned valuable lessons today, gathered the data, now on to the next one. Oss!

Well, that’s our marketing done for today 👀

We’re thrilled that @putneyrecovery has got Cocoon.

Even better: if you’ve been thinking about owning one of the final Cocoons but want to actually see it & experience it before making the leap, you can…

We’re opening up a very small number of spaces for sauna & plunge sessions at Putney Recovery Rooms with the Monk team.

No sales presentation. Just sauna, cold, good people, and the chance to ask us anything.

If you’re genuinely considering Cocoon and would like to join us, DM us and we’ll send you the details!

A huge congratulations to Alex on his brown belt. He is an amazing teacher, competitor and student. He is now allowed to do all the moves so watch out the #kneebars and coming!

🥇 Won my division at @allstarsbjj Bristol!
I have trained so hard for the past 4 months to improve from the second place in my last competition.
Thanks @leaomarinhobjj for coaching me and correcting my weaknesses every session on the mats.
I’m doing this to inspire my son to be better every day, want to lead by example not by words.
More to come! Oss!
