🌟 Leadership in Action 🌟 Today, I found myself reflecting on a pivotal moment during my internship at Cellular Brand Growth Ltd as a Project Manager. My team and I were assigned a challenging task. At one point, the difficulty of the situation escalated, and all eyes turned to me for guidance and a way forward. It was in that moment I realized the importance of leadership—not just as a concept, but as a critical skill. I remembered the Leadership Concepts course I completed in 2023, which had a profound impact on me. The knowledge I gained from that course empowered me to step up confidently, provide direction, and bring clarity to the team. By fostering collaboration and encouraging input from everyone, we devised a plan, tackled the task as a team, and successfully delivered the project on time. This experience taught me that leadership is about serving your team, being adaptable, and inspiring a shared vision. It’s a skill that continues to guide me in navigating real-world situations and working effectively with diverse teams. I’m grateful for the opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact as a Project Manager.

Today's Lessons from My Project Management Journey: Applying PM Concepts to Everyday Life Ever thought about project management in everyday scenarios? Whether it's renovating your house or planning a trip, these real-life examples show just how crucial structured roles, responsibilities, and effective tools are in keeping projects on track! Picture assembling a team to renovate your house. You’ll need a contractor, electrician, plumber—each with specific roles. When every person knows their tasks, the work flows smoothly. It’s the same in any project! Defined roles prevent confusion, ensuring each team member knows what’s expected. Tools for Success: Stakeholder Analysis: Just like identifying the homeowners, neighbors, and others impacted by the renovation, stakeholder analysis in projects identifies those affected, clarifying expectations and needs. RACI Chart: Ever heard of the Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed (RACI) framework? For example, the electrician is responsible for rewiring, the contractor is accountable for progress, you’re consulted on design, and neighbors are informed about potential noise. Planning a Trip as a Project: Imagine planning a vacation. You’d use maps, booking sites, budgeting tools, and document everything—just like in a project! Project management tools ensure everything is organized and accounted for, helping to manage tasks and communication. Essential Tools: Project Charter: Like a detailed itinerary, this document outlines project objectives, scope, stakeholders, and more. Project Management Software: Tools like Asana, Trello, or even spreadsheets help manage tasks, deadlines, and resources (think of them as the budgeting apps for your project. By translating these everyday tasks into project management concepts, it’s clear how the right tools and clear roles can make any project—personal or professional—a success. #ProjectManagement #StakeholderAnalysis #RACI #ProjectTools #Documentation #Planning #TeamSuccess #Leadership #PMFramework

I rise in splendour and am radiant. For My light has dawned. Yahweh’s glory now streams from Me. Nations are attracted to My radiant light, kings to the sunrise glory of My new day. The sun is no longer needed to brighten My day, nor the moon at night. I do not depend on natural or human help, because Jesus is My unfailing light. God is My glory. #HappyBirthday 🥳 #SpotlightIsUponMe
