2025 review - far from smooth. From a fully fractured sacrum at the beginning of the year coming back postpartum to being back on the T100 circuit, racing my first Ironman and placing 6th at Kona on debut and rolling all the way until mid December for the final T100 in Qatar when I was mentally and physically cooked. Proud of what we achieved but know there’s so much more in store for 2026 Incredibly grateful for all the support ❤️ Pics: - Jan 2nd MRI - fractured sacrum - Life in between training 🐛 - Return to run take 2 ✌️ (March!) - Training with friends - Seeing Poppy as I run round on the track - First race back T100 San Francisco - low expectations surprised myself - Best support crew - Packing - First Ironman, sat down after the finish and cried 🤣 - London T100 DNF 😥 - didn’t give the Ironman recovery enough credit - Fun with family in London despite a crappy race - Back at it - Kona recce camp that also doubled as a Hawaii vacation - Kona, 6th, actually enjoyed it, excited to go back 🔥 - Poppy on cheer duty training in Girona - training was a slog but enjoyed exploring a new place - didn’t expect the cold ❄️ - Qatar T100 final - season done FINALLY time to rest and rebuild See you in 2026 ❤️

been putting off this post for a long time, but my triathlon chapter has come to a close… . what started as a stationary bike outside the training room at UNC while coming back from a surgery, eventually turning into trying a new sport that took me halfway across the country. . while short lived, made plenty of friendships that will last a lifetime! so many people made this time in my life extremely special (even if you’re not included in the selfies)🫶🏼 . big thank you to @usat_crp and @passionprojecttriathlon for rolling the dice on me, and @jeffersonsean for being an outstanding coach, mentor, and friend. . grateful for the things God has taught me these past few years and the man he is molding me into. His way is better🙏 . still kickin it in Boulder getting prepped for the next chapter of Mbaku’s life🤠

There is no way to really describe Unbound Racing: The race is so hard, so long, and so challenging that it will bring even the toughest competitors to the end of themselves. That’s why it’s so beautiful that we come as friends, meet as competitors and leave as family! My thanks to @timmywins @braxton_bokos @nelsonhegg and @tybutterfield for an amazing time training together before and racing together on the day!!! We absolutely could not have done it without the amazing support from @prestonbokos and @winslow_troy; you both were so amazing in the soigneur role!! To @trisigma_esu and @gravelhotdogs : Thank you for your amazing hospitality and wonderful accommodations! Everyone in this group faced and overcame challenges this Unbound: Crashes for Timmy and Patrick resulting in a broken stem for Patrick and a broken hand for Timmy. Flats for Nelson, cramps and GI probs for Tyler, and a really sore back and body for Braxton. Everyone came through smashingly! I’m both proud and honored to be part of this merry band of hooligans!! -Patrick aka @fred.finkelstein

Texas vs Cal wild hog hunting! CA 6, TX 1! Nearly got skunked in Texas heli-shooting and night vision hunting - Timmy was the only one to get one. Then 3 separate CA pig hunts this year and the Winslow boys go 6 for 6! Always a great time though! #blessedlife
