A little late to the party but nevertheless.

I'm not a particularly gushy person but this group of people really deserve special mention.

I met most of the company of Hamilton the same day I spoke to my father for the last time.

I knew the hamilton soundtrack, I loved the hamilton soundtrack but all of a sudden the lyrics had new meaning, new depth, new weight.

In particular "Wait for It" hit so very differently.

• Love doesn't discriminate
• Death doesn't discriminate
• Life doesn't discriminate
• My father commanded respect
• When they died they left no instructions just a legacy to protect

It's often said that in this industry "we are not saving lives". And in a sense its true. No one is performing brain or open heart surgery and if they are something has gone horribly, horribly wrong. But, often times we are someone's escape, someone's refuge, someone's light in darkness, someone's safe haven.

This show and these people became that for me.

From the belly laughs to the communal groans about extra rehearsals. From the backstage shenanigans to the onstage slip ups. To the quiet moments. The tender moments. For all of it I will forever be thankful.

Especially espcially especially to the inimitable @Yuki_Abe_ 私の光。🤍

Ham Fam 25/26 you were so special, singular and beautifully one of a kind.

To say I am going to miss this group of people is an understatement. What a gorgeous, brilliant group of people I have been blessed to spend the last year with. One last party for the road; one I will always remember 🙌🏾❤️ x

⭐️ HAMILTON 25/26 ⭐️

If you know my journey for the last 5 years you’d know how much this experience meant to me. From rehabbing a knee and being told I won’t ever dance well again, to making my West End debut as the bullet is wild and I wouldn’t have believed anyone if you told me that when I was re teaching myself how to walk.
Life teaches you lessons in funny ways and delivers them so perfectly so that’s it’s so clear why you went through certain chapters.

This chapter. These people( plus so so so many more) are the reason I smiled and yelled and laughed and cried and got through my performance anxiety, then got back up and then smiled again. And on top of all that karmically released my past with this show. It couldn’t have been a more perfect chapter and a more perfect family to share the year with 💛

My dressing room witches. That was our home, our sanctuary. I love our sisterhood and I can’t wait for Spain 💛

Keen for what’s next, but will forever have this time embedded in my heart. 💛
