Happy New Year everyone! I'm hoping to post more in this IG this year. I was OVER 2019, let's just say I learned a lot about myself and learned to succumb to self-care. I was a hypocrite up until this year honestly, self-love is harder than I ever imagined but I'm trying. We should all try for the sake of ourselves and our sanity. We deserve love especially from ourselves. I hope you all have a wonderful 2020! (♡ω♡ )

Hi! Das ☝️ me. I love microwavable mac and cheese and my love beans (Tim and Mia). We live in Texas, it's hot af. I used to doodle a lot in high school and have recently been inspired by multiple friends to start my journey again. I'm on my way to my board exam to become an LPC and I'm very excited to hopefully incorporate art into my own practice. I'm a H-Core Mental Health advocate, recovering from trauma of my own and currently in therapy. And what better way to destigmatize mental health than to doodle about it and allow people to realize that none of us are truly alone in our struggle? 💃I hope you follow along to see my progress. Please be kind. I'm just starting and although nervous and hesitant, this has proven to be an avenue of relaxation for me. It's been, how do you say? Therapeutic! 😅🙄 I better go now before more jokes pour out and you reconsider that follow button. 🙃
