PMT - part ✌🏼

I wanted to give these photos their own moment because this weekend meant more to me than I can put into words.

This was my first CrossFit competition, and jumping straight into the RX division was definitely a “go big or go home” kind of decision 😅 There were workouts that exposed every weakness I have but there were also moments where I surprised myself.

I’m proud that I showed up. I’m proud that I pushed through every event. And I’m proud that I proved to myself I’m capable of more than I gave myself credit for.

I never expected to leave my first competition with the “Spirit of the Throwdown” award. Bringing it home was the biggest surprise of the weekend and, honestly, one of my proudest moments. I’m incredibly grateful and honored. It reminded me that success isn’t always measured by where you finish, but by the heart you bring, the way you encourage others, and by always showing up with positive energy and kindness.

See you at the next comp… hopefully just a little fitter and with slightly fewer no-reps 😂
