Party people, summer time is on the way and we want you to get your STEPS in during the night & during the day! ☀️ 👟 🌙 🎵 😎

Steps In The Day / Steps After Dark is a simple idea to get people moving again…
With nightlife fading and more UK clubs closing, the culture has shifted into daylight. House‑centric day raves, outdoor sessions and all‑day festivals are becoming the new way people connect, train and celebrate. Day life is rising fast, and movement is becoming something people choose with intention, not just at 2 a.m.

To build on that energy, the community challenge is open to everyone: record your steps in the night or the day. Whether it’s a sunrise drill, a lunchtime practice or a late‑night freestyle, the goal is the same… move, progress and share your steps.

& use the “STEPS AFTER DARK” mix by @Ashman__Dj (@ukshuffledance & @gymboxofficial resident Dj) to capture it! 💿📱🪩 🎞️ 🌞 👟 🌝 — Link in bio… OR go to this url: 🌐 https://dub.sh/ashman
