The rules change. THE DEMAND GETS LOUDER. 🗣️🏈

GET ME THE BALL. 🎯💰

New era. Same mentality. When it’s time to take over, there’s only one call: put the ball in the hands of the one demanding it. 😤🔥

🚨 CALLING ALL GIRLS HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES (AGES 14–18)! 🏈🔥

THE FUTURE OF GIRLS FLAG FOOTBALL IS HERE.

On October 24th, we’re officially launching the OC VIZION Girls High School Flag Football Program!

Girls flag football is growing at an incredible pace, and Division I schools are now offering scholarships. Our mission is simple: Build a program that develops elite athletes, competes at the highest level, and creates real opportunities to play college football.

As the sport continues to grow, college coaches will be looking to the top club programs to find their next athletes.

Relationships matter. Exposure matters. Development matters.

At VIZION, we’re building a program with the coaching experience, connections, and vision to help open doors to the college level.

Our goal is to create a direct pathway for athletes who dream of playing at the highest level.

NO POLITICS. JUST PASSION.

If you’re serious about competing, developing, and seeing how far this game can take you, we want to see you.

📅 Saturday, October 24th

⏰ 9:00–10:30 AM

🦍💪🏈 MEET THE GET ME THE BALL GORILLA!

Coach Snap has officially met his match… and apparently, his match’s muscles have muscles! 😂🐢

This absolute UNIT doesn’t run routes. He doesn’t ask nicely. He just shows up with biceps the size of refrigerators and demands one thing…

GET. ME. THE. BALL. 🏈💥

His left bicep just signed a $40 MILLION contract. His right bicep wants a signing bonus and a damn LAMBORGHINI! 🏎️🤣

Coach Snap’s got one question… WHO THE HELL IS SUPPOSED TO PULL THIS GUY’S FLAGS?! 🚩😂

Welcome to the FlagSnap family, big fella!

Lace up, lock in… and don’t forget your flags… SNAP! 🐢💗

Igniting the superstar effect in the youth is something we LOVE to do. Judging from the size of these crowds, pretty sure the parents of our players love it too 😂 Rock concert vibes every Friday night at Next Gen. We love our GREAT community ❤️🏈 #NextGenFlagFootball #TunnelTime #CommunityBuilders #SanJuanCapistrano #GetMeTheBall

🎥🏈 GROWTH HAPPENS BETWEEN GAME DAYS.

We’re incredibly grateful to OC Vizion leadership for providing us with an office space to use whenever we want to bring the team together and invest in their development. 🙌

Having the opportunity to break down film with 10-year NFL veteran @whiteunicorn23 and D1 college football player @james_bohls15 has been invaluable to these girls’ growth. Learning from people who have competed at the highest levels gives them a different perspective on the game and helps them build the football IQ, confidence, and discipline needed to reach their goals.

Our mission is simple:
🏈 Get better every week.
🏈 Prepare for the next level.
🏈 Help every girl fall in love with the game.

“Champions aren’t built on game day. They’re built in the work nobody sees.”

Got 2 minutes? For THE PEOPLE WHO TAUGHT ME 🏆

No, I’m not trying to sell you anything. Except you. 🫵 Except this: raise the floor, not the ceiling.

There will never be enough people in this field who truly care and give their best. We don’t have to be better than each other. But we can’t allow mediocrity or ignorance in something as clearly defined as kinesiology.

Honestly, I’ve never seen anything on Instagram I hadn’t already learned somewhere else. These principles are long established. Researched, tested, and left for us to teach by the giants whose shoulders we stand on. Sometimes we even mock their standards.

Not everyone needs to be a pioneer. But nobody should be left behind in understanding. And some of us have to dare to set a new standard and be responsible to it.

Imagine an apple tree that thought it needed a following. Would it bear more fruit? Better fruit? 🍎

My dream for coaching and human performance:
→ Everyone gives their absolute best.
→ Gold-standard practice, every time.
→ Never stop learning, stay curious, and test everything.
→ Strive for greatness, but know where your effort is best placed.

These are the people who did that for me. They expected my best, and they believed in me before I’d earned it. I owe everything to them.

Now we build together. 🤝

Who raised the floor for you? Tag them below. 👇
