How is it possible that my baby is graduating 8th grade already?! 🥹

It feels like just yesterday I was spraying her hair grey for the 100th day of school. Now she's heading off to high school.

Watching her grow into the smart, kind, funny, and determined young lady she is has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. I'm so proud of her and excited for what's ahead... even if I'm not emotionally prepared for how fast time is flying. ❤️

February… you were a full-on main character. ❄️✨

We got our first real snow and it turned the property into a full winter wonderland. Trees dusted, fences frosted, postcard vibes everywhere. Absolutely magical… for about 5 minutes. Then I remembered I’m not built for cold. 🥶

Not sure how the animals felt about it (or me, honestly). I tip my hat to the real ranchers & farmers out there doing this day in and day out in the elements. You are built different.

Valentine’s highlight?
I got to be Lily's special person brunch date. Year. Made. No fancy dinner reservation could top that!

Meanwhile, the girls and their daddy had their last ever all-together Daddy Daughter Dance — Sparkle & Spurs theme. Boots, glitter, dancing… and me pretending I’m fine that we’re closing chapters like this already. 🥹

In between it all?
🔥 Burning calories cutting wood with Timmy. Thank goodness for a splitter. (Just trust me, get one)

🥎 Hours of softball.
🏡 Houses. Market prep. Great clients.
🚗 So. Much. Driving.
📅 Olympic-level calendar juggling.

And in the middle of the chaos… the moments I don’t want to forget:

Lily cruising around in the 4x4.
The big girls throwing long toss.
The dog just hanging out like he owns the place.

It’s loud. It’s busy. It’s cold. It’s beautiful and I’m trying really hard to soak it all in! 🫶

This year was busy in the best way—equal parts mom life, farm chores, real estate showings, and living off coffee & La Croix!

We wrapped up the year celebrating Christmas with family, ringing in the New Year with our people, and celebrating my favorite guy’s birthday. Loud, messy, cozy, and perfectly imperfect.

Feeling incredibly grateful for this life, our people, and everyone who trusted me with their real estate journey this year. Cheers to more laughter, muddy boots, and good things ahead ✨🥂
