Here’s a snippet of my four-trombone arrangement of Wave by Jobim, written for @boneology_nyc, performed last month!

It has been an incredibly fun journey writing and playing with this group so far, and I’m excited for us to play again for y’all soon!

So soon in fact, that you can catch us at Silvana in Harlem on 9/7. Mark your calendars and come out if you want 😎

If you want to hear more stuff like this, lmk I have more to share!

Now available on @bandcamp! I wanted a deluxe edition of HTRAR with instrumental versions of the songs. Everyone who played on this record deserves their work to be heard more closely, so I invite you to check it out- especially if you’ve heard the album already. There are a couple extra goodies on here too- “Closing Night” is an instrumental variation of the song “Opening Night” and the original demo of “Anxiety Dance Floor” is here too, produced by @qlindolindo!

Today is also #bandcampfriday, a 24-hour event where Bandcamp waives its revenue share from music and merch sales, passing an average of 80–85% of funds directly to artists and labels! So it’s a great day to grab this edition and any other stuff of mine, as well as any indie artists out there. So much great music to explore. Thanks!

A short clip of TZ’s arrangement of Boneology. JJ played this solo on one of his first recordings at 23 years old!

It’s a tough one but nothing beats double time trombone playing!

Thanks to all who came out to Zoetropolis, we are excited to play some more shows soon!

Hello!

I am incredibly excited to announce that myself and my good friend @theslamrazor are putting a show on in just a few weeks! Come to @momsdoylestown on June 7th to help me celebrate some great educators and musicians, with a crazy set of music!

The house band will be…
@timwolfebass 🎻
@frankie.sikora 🎹
@claudiode1234 🥁

You’ll also hear some of my teachers sit in on some songs all night!

Stick around after for a @colacore_ set featuring, @colereedmusic, Andrew Carson and Shane Arnold!
