⚜️ Louisville ⚜️

🌬️ the air is about to get that first real crisp edge… which is exactly when a hot room starts to feel like JUST WHAT YOU NEED!
🥶 Cold days make everything tighter. A heated flow does the opposite:
♨️ it warms the muscles so you can actually loosen up, to get your body moving for your daily ups and downs!

Swipe through the why, then book any of our heated classes from the signature 🔥hot🔥 to 💆‍♀️restore💆‍♀️ and core, or TRX to spice it up! We’ll keep the room ready 🌡️ See you on the mat yogi!

✨ Don't forget the cold lavender towel after your heated flow ...

🥳 Birthday girl energy: downward dog + puppy pile + giving back.

--- She didn’t want a regular birthday party

She wanted yoga 🧘‍♀️
She wanted puppies 🐶
And she wanted every stretch to help a rescue in Kentucky
@adoptmebluegrasspr

So we packed the studio at Yoga Six with rescue pups, rolled out our mats, and spent the class with some of the sweetest girls and pups from Adopt Me! Bluegrass Pet Rescue.

Yes we do private classes.... Birthdays, anniversaries, showers and everything else in between!
