BEFORE YOGA
• racing mind
• tight shoulders
• shallow breathing
• constant distractions
• reacting to everything

YOGA TRAINS MORE THAN YOUR BODY.
• Your breath
• Your nervous system
• Your focus
• Your patience
• Your awareness

AFTER YOGA
• a little calmer
• a little stronger
• mind is clearer
• body is relaxed
• focused
• aware

spent lovely days in Italy, and my heart is full. It made me realize that some families you are born into, and others you just find along the way. 🤍

We are so used to things ending and closed doors, but this connection shows me a completely different path.
It showed me how beautiful it is when we choose peace in our own little world. 🤍

Taking time off to feel yourself - to reconnect with the stillness behind the noise - to listen to the heart’s quiet whispers - to ground deeper into your darkness - finding love in the most unlovable places - arriving in the messiness of the now - accepting whatever you resist - soften where you try to force - revisiting old places with new eyes - making space for the fullness of the human experience - recreating yourself over and over again - meeting the world from a place of wholeness - saying goodbye to people and places - yearning and griefing old parts of you - welcoming your fragility - remembering your power -

This and so much more.
Happy 1st July 💐
