Happy 10th birthday to our first baby 🥹 @rangeeladancecompany 💃🏼 Ten years ago, I dreamt about what RDC would be but I couldn’t have imagined all the people who would become part of its story, or how much they would change mine. 🤍 🙏🏻To every dancer, creator, teacher, and student who has poured a little of themselves into Rangeela: you’ve helped make it what it is. Thank you for trusting the vision, pouring your heart into it, and giving us so much to celebrate. 💜 If this past decade has taught me anything, it’s to keep dreaming and to inspire & empower others to dream with you. What you create together can be pretty magical ✨ 🎉 Celebrating with these fabulous humans, looking around and thinking about everything we’ve built together… my heart is FULL. Cheers to the next 10, and to everything we haven’t even created yet 🥂💃🏽 #rangeeladancecompany #rangeela10years [dance family, ten year anniversary, love, friendship, Indian dance, Bollywood, Los Angeles, Seattle, Phoenix, Bay Area, Rangeela]

Different goals and contexts. First we set your goals, then we build the training around your life. Instead of trying to make your life fit around training, we make training fit your life. What are your goals? Your unique circumstances? What do we need to focus on right now? What’s not important? What do we need to adjust based on your dance / life season? This is what training with me is about. Functional is an outcome, not an exercise. Functional is personal. Join the waitlist for online training (it’s just like 2 clicks in the link in bio.
