Few bits from the weekend seeing as I’m a little sick today for PREOP DAY -1 so haven’t done much. Painful to not be out there on the pitch or out in the Philippines with the lads at the moment but am glad to be getting this surgery done and dusted and be ready to be back playing RUGBY ASAP

#TBT to moments like this… inside Carnival.

Today brought back the feeling of being there
guiding
preparing
holding space
making sure every woman felt ready to step into that moment

Every year, RioBela brings women from around the world
to live this experience from the inside

And I’m right there with them
before the music starts
before the lights
before the avenue

Because this moment… begins long before the parade

This is more than Carnival
it’s presence, confidence, and transformation in real life

If you ever imagined yourself here
come live this experience next year

📩 Send me a DM with the word CARNIVAL

TBT to Carnival 2026 — where rhythm met emotion and cultures connected on the world’s biggest stage. ✨

With Extravaganza, it was more than a celebration — it was the chance to experience Carnival from the inside. To step onto the avenue and parade with a samba school, and to witness the spectacle from one of the best views of the Sambadrome.

One of the most special moments was welcoming Tina Denmark, who traveled from abroad with Extravaganza to parade at the Sambadrome for the very first time. A unique and unforgettable experience — turning a dream into reality on the avenue.

An unforgettable journey through music, energy, and global connection.

TBT do Carnaval 2026 — onde ritmo e emoção se encontraram no maior espetáculo do mundo. ✨
