POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

One of my favorite parts of commercial real estate is meeting incredible women who are so generous with their experience.

Yesterday I had lunch with @tenantrep_la and @tinalamonica @laurelgrill_ and left feeling inspired. We talked all things commercial real estate, career, life, and the importance of supporting one another in this industry.

One of my favorite full-circle moments: Tina is actually the reason I discovered the @creisummit. I came across one of her LinkedIn posts months ago after I saw her speak at @therentv.com_, applied, and was recently awarded a scholarship to attend this September in Savannah!! It was so nice to finally thank her in person.

Funny how one post, one conversation, or one introduction can completely change the trajectory of your career. ✨

Here’s to continuing to learn, build meaningful relationships, and pay it forward.

A big part of building a career in commercial real estate is taking on challenges before you feel “ready.”

The roles, the deals, the responsibilities, they force you to stay sharp, adapt fast, and push the edge of your comfort zone. That’s where the real growth happens.

Sometimes in commercial real estate, you end up doing the work no one else wants to do, until people realize your value.

When you show competence, consistency, and problem-solving under pressure, clients take notice fast.

That’s how you go from “just helping” to becoming their go-to advisor.

Retail and office might sit on opposite ends of the CRE spectrum, but knowing how to operate in both can keep your pipeline alive when the market shifts.

Retail delivers the energy, new concepts, new openings, and real momentum. The office may not be flashy, but it stayed steady when the world shut down.

That range is what carried her through the pandemic and into her highest-producing years yet.

Retail leasing is a different beast. Once you learn it, it’s like riding a bike, but the road is full of challenges. Parking, zoning, contingencies, delays, and the longest wait of all, getting paid only after a tenant actually opens.

It’s tougher than the office, takes more patience, and sometimes deals never make it to the finish line. But for those who stick with it, retail offers some of the most rewarding relationships and opportunities in the business.

From paralegal to commercial real estate, proof that every career pivot starts with curiosity.

A simple lease review on the Beverly Center sparked an interest that turned into a new path. What began behind the scenes became a career built on relationships, opportunity, and taking the next step forward.

2.5 years ago, my journey from 🇮🇹 and 🇭🇺 led me to the US, first to New York and then to Los Angeles, guided by the hope of growing into the person I was meant to become.

Each day in LA has been a reminder of possibilities. I’m deeply grateful for this country, where dreams can grow and people like me can surpass their limits.

I’m honored to have called this place home. A land where souls from all over the world are free to reach their goals. 🇺🇸♥️ Happy 4th of July!

P.S. In Europe, it wasn’t a public holiday…

Power. Connection. Celebration.
Last week, an incredible group of SIOR women came together in Sedona to hike, sip, and share stories. From the stunning red rocks to a vineyard toast, every moment reminded us why strong women build stronger communities.

Here’s to rising together in CRE and beyond.
