Bikram Yoga is a powerful, therapeutic style of hot yoga consisting of a fixed sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room (around 105°F with 40% humidity). The heat helps to: • Warm the muscles for deeper, safer stretching • Detoxify the body through sweat • Build stamina and focus by challenging both mind and body Each posture is designed to systematically work every part of the body — muscles, joints, organs, and glands — improving strength, flexibility, balance, and circulation. The sequence is always the same, allowing you to track your progress and deepen your practice over time. Experience Bikram Yoga at Fire Life Yoga — where discipline meets transformation. 🎥 @roquevisuals_ #firelifeyoga #bikramyoga #yorkpayoga #igniteyourinnerpeace
