Class tonight was powerful! 434 calories on a leg day. We pushed through a 7-exercise circuit for a 30,60 90 rotation. . . Everyone had a glow from Kansas, Maryland, Virginia, Georgia, and Indiana! . . Sometimes that extra push is all U need to take the next step! . . Oh shout to my assistant tonight! She held it down for the modifications! She showed out!!!! . . Time for dinner and shower have great evening 💪🏽💙 Coach Nesi

What a day! Hill walking sprints and hill running sprints! Total of 8 up and down striving to burn. Few good calories. . . Tina is 2x breast cancer SURVIVOR. She got up the hill 8xs at a faster pace than walking, solid breathing, and steady gate! That’s a win!!! Cancer TRIED IT but it didn’t win and won’t ever! . . Remember it’s the small wins that make the bigger ones ever greater. . . Coach Nesi

In honor and celebration of breast cancer awareness month I want to celebrate one beautiful woman personally. : : Tina London Fore is a 2x breast cancer survivor. When she became a client of mine 4 years ago she shared her personal testimony and said she refused to give up! She knew she could get the weight off, learn to take her life back after Breast Cancer tried to take hers. : : After doing extensive reading & research to date she has lost over 65lbs, lowered water retention levels while battling lymphodema, blood sugar is stable, decreased body fat by 15% and increased positivity to increase mindset. : : In honor of her hard work, desire, and constant fight not once but twice all services are 20% off for the month of October.
