✨THIS IS 30✨

For my 30th birthday weekend, my sweet husband @davidloughney took us on a planned getaway in Cleveland, which is pretty much a home-away-from-home at this point! We spent it doing things we both love (since his 30th is just six days after mine) – petting cats, drinking coffee, exploring new places, eating yummy food, cheering on the Cavs, and (for me at least) doing a little bit of thrifting! 😉

I’m so excited for what my 30s have in store… even MORE amazing thrift finds, I hope! 🤞

We did it. Thanks to an amazing team, amazing family, & caffeine, by the grace only God can give, we gave our 16,000 square foot shop a holiday makeover in 3 1/2 days. Owning a small business isn’t easy, but weeks like this where you work together as a team to create something bigger than yourself with talented people who also have passion for small business & the heart to create is something I can’t explain, but I am so grateful for this part of my life. I told my family at the age of 8 that I would own a small decor shop “& sell custom pillows” I specifically remember saying & here I am today living that dream. Wish I could go tell that little girl to keep her head up & break the news to her that we did it!! I feel like I have so many things going on in my life at all times, probably the adhd creative in me, & I don’t get to share it all every single day but I am grateful for all the support you show all of the things, but especially this one because it’s not just me, @thefoundcottage is so many people that have come together to create a magical shopping experience that is unique because it’s a perfect mixture of all of us under one roof. Thanks for all of the prayers, encouragement, & visits this week & I’m so glad I got to meet some of you at the holiday open house, means the world! Cheers to small business & supporting creatives this holiday season!
