Tina Randolph | Split, to Broaden my Heart

Tina Randolph’s paintings draw on a longstanding engagement with architecture, pattern, and material exploration. Her abstract compositions consider color as structure, building relationships between geometric forms, spatial tension, and the subtle memory of surfaces.

In *Split, to Broaden my Heart*, intersecting planes and directional shifts create a composition that seems to continually reorganize itself. The painting reflects Randolph’s intuitive approach to form, where balance emerges through the process of making.

Goodbye 2025 — you were very good to us here at domicile ✨

Here’s a (slightly belated) highlight reel. We’ve been a bit quiet the last few weeks thanks to international travel and the holidays, but we’re officially back to our regularly scheduled programming.

2025 was an incredible year filled with friends, community, and—of course—so much amazing art. This year, domicile hosted:
• 9 exhibitions
• 2 pop-ups
• 9 parties
• 1 fundraiser for Fred Hutch and Huntingtons Disease
• 1 speaker event with The Nature Conservancy

Thank you to everyone who supports domicile and our mission to uplift local artists—by attending events, coming to see the work on display, and choosing to purchase locally made art. We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to showcase such incredible talent in Madison Park and throughout Seattle, and we truly couldn’t do it without our community, friends, and collectors.

We’re so excited for all that 2026 has in store—it’s already off to a strong start with Liminal Landscapes by @darrellpetersonart, on view through January 24th.

Here’s to another year of art, connection, and community. We can’t wait to share what’s next!

✨We’re heading back to Seattle Art Fair!⭐️💫🌟
July 17–20, and Vetri is bringing the incredible Tina Randolph with us! Find us at Booth B04.

A Seattle-based multidisciplinary artist, Randolph is known for creating visually immersive works that live at the intersection of architecture, symbolism, and surface. Her practice spans over 25 years and includes murals, plaster finishes, and mixed-media paintings found in iconic spaces like Top Pot Donuts and Tavern Law.

Blending her background in printmaking and graphic arts with materials like wood, resin, metal, and beeswax, Randolph creates work that feels both tactile and transcendent. Her pieces strike a deliberate balance between minimalism and intricate patterning, exploring our relationship to material, time, and place.

“Art is a spiritual act,” she says, “a search for history, the imprint of time, and proof of existence.”

JOIN US AT SEATTLE ART FAIR
July 17-20th

We’re thrilled to introduce Emmanuel (Manolo) Aguilera in “Convival”, his inaugural Vetri exhibition at the Seattle Art Fair. A glass artist originally from Veracruz, Mexico, and now based in Seattle, Manolo’s work explores themes of identity, transformation, and cultural memory through the lens of his Indigenous heritage.

Aguilera’s Mesoamerican sculptures channel the visual language of pre-Columbian architecture and mythology, honoring a cultural lineage that continues to shape Mexican identity and diasporic belonging. Alongside these are pieces from his Nopales Series, inspired by the sacred cactus depicted in Aztec codices and featured on the Mexican flag, a symbol of endurance, resilience, and deep-rooted strength.

Alongside works by Aguilera, Vetri will feature sculptural glass vessels by Andi Kovel, Cedric Mitchell’s Funky Forms, mixed-media paintings by Tina Randolph, and monotype prints by Theresa Wingert.

We hope you can visit us at booth #B04 and look forward to seeing you there!
