Somebody promised me a big chop for new years, so we went for it. 😈

Unfortunately, baby girl had some heat damage from a few blowouts she got this summer 😢

I gave her the pass to play around with color ONLY BECAUSE WE ARE CUTTING IT ALL OOOOFFFF!

She’s not allowed to stray anymore. Only I AM allowed to blowdry her from now on.

Let’s get all these colors out your system.

So we can see your fro flourish all of 2023!

Today was our final day with our beloved fridge. We want to say thank you to everyone who has contributed to the fridge in any way possible. Unfortunately we can no longer sustain the fridge, so we have to say goodbye. The fridge will have a new home with @neighborhoodcompost ,who will be putting the fridge to good use! We are sad to see it go but we know that it has served its purpose and will be going into good hands! This has been a beautiful journey for us. We were able to provide food to several families throughout our run and connect with people in our community. Thank you for all the love & support you’ve shown this initiative! Food For Us loves you all and will see you soon with our future projects! Please show love to all the organizations, people, and small businesses who have helped us along the way (tagged).
In the meantime we will be cooking up our next project, for the people 🙌🏽🤎

Sincerely FOOD FOR US
VAL & AMANDA 🤎

•The fridge will have a new home at Neighborhood Compost’s farm in Northwestern NJ! NC is a compost pick up service rooted in our community and has contributed an abundance of fresh produce to the fridge over the years. The fridge will be put to good use in helping them store fresh herbs and lettuces after harvest. Follow them for lots of volunteer opportunities on their farm!
