Wow 3rd and final year of @projectgoldrunning 3 weeks full of fun and memories. I’m so extremely blessed to have had the opportunity to attend this amazing camp for the past three years of Highschool. I’ve learned more about cross country and running than I ever thought possible. From D1 athletes to professional runners and coaches.This camp has helped me develop not only as a runner but as a person. It helped me to get out of my comfort zone and allowed me to meet so many lifelong friends. I seriously wouldn’t trade this experience for the world. I’m so thankful to every counselor, coach, and friend I’ve made at camp. HUGGEEEEEE thank you to the amazing Ping family and Dr. Tom Schwartz as this camp wouldn’t even be close to complete without them. So glad I was able to end my final year at camp on a win go team Netherlands 🇳🇱!

(Also insta only let me tag 20 people and I met over 20 super awesome amazing people sooo that says something about how great this camp is too!)

Just trying to keep up with track-flation

Notes from the business trip(which I will be using as a write off bc we took care of business):
There’s some things you’ll never expect coming from small town North Dakota— eating breakfast in Florida with your Alaskan teammate @dylan_ddahlgren; running for @tinmancoach (who I had no idea about before this year); and having the best fan section for the national meet thanks to the 4x800 gals and family.

Extremely blessed to be able to embrace the grind and more importantly be surrounded by the best people.
