It’s with a heavy heart that we lay my mother IRIS LA-DAWN WALKER also known as Lady I, to rest this Saturday Oct. 24th. She’s a lover of God, family, and music just to name a few. Send DM if you’d like to attend so my family and I has knowledge of it. Swipe to see a snippet of just how see was and her personality. “MOM, we all love you and you are never going to be forgotten. I get my looks from you so if you see me, you see her. Anyone who got the chance to meet moms knows she cared for her community and helped out the next person with whatever she could! Everything I do from here on out is in your honor” - Domo Waka #IRISWALKER #Forever

My Family. My Folks. My Community. ❤️ 10k GOAL

I’m asking my family, friends, and community for support as we work to lay my mother to rest. Anything you’re able to give is deeply appreciated. No amount is too small, and every contribution, prayer, share, and kind word means so much to us. I will be updating my story to show progression on this! Stay tuned!

We are deeply saddened that my mother, Iris Walker, has been called home with so much life still left to live.

On August 26, 2026, a health crisis changed everything for our family. We fought alongside you and for you until your final breath on September 5, 2026, at approximately 1:05 PM.

Iris was the oldest of six children and a mother of six. She was loving, caring, full of life, and had a spirit that could light up any room.

Mom, I love you and cherish everything we’ve learned together. With our faith in God, I will continue to carry your love, your laughter, and your fun-loving spirit with me forever. Your memory will live on through all of us. 🕊️❤️

If you’re able to support us with funeral expenses, we are truly grateful. Thank you for every donation, prayer, share, and expression of love during this difficult time.

Mom, Until we meet again. 🕊️💜
