Things that should NOT be praised in the beauty industry🚫.

So many of these have become normalised and personally I believe they shouldn't be! If you've experienced any of these, you deserve better🙂‍↕️.

Save this as a reminder of what you should actually expect from a good artist🤍.

Also, let me know in the comments if you disagree with any of these👀.

No more tape, no more fuss🤍

Using the sticky flat shields from @kenzaprofessional for the Korean lash lift treatment. It lifts the eyelid on its own, so the process is smoother and more comfortable from start to finish✨

Small change, big difference 🤏

My beautiful client came in for Halal Brows and is the perfect example of why having the right products and knowledge to work across different skin tones is so important

Every client who walks through your beauty room or salon doors should feel confident that you can safely and effectively cater to them regardless of their skin tone

True inclusivity means having the correct products in combination with the knowledge of how they work on different skin tones so you can give every client the same level of service

It’s 2026… Melanin-rich skin shouldn’t be an afterthought in the beauty industry. It should simply be part of the standard

Everyone deserves to feel seen, catered for and treated fairly

Not all brows should be treated the same and this is exactly why brow health comes first 🤍

This step right here is where you can really see the difference proper timing makes. The way the hairs respond & how sleek they lay… none of that is accidental

Brow lamination isn’t a “leave it on for X minutes and hope for the best” treatment

Timing should always be adjusted based on:
– hair thickness
– density
– proximity of the brow hairs
– overall brow condition

Overprocessing is real, and it’s usually the result of a “one size fits all” approach

If you’re serious about your results (and your client’s brow health), your training should teach you how to assess, not just follow steps

This is the difference between just doing brows and actually understanding them 🎓

Stop ruining your lash shields with tint‼️❌

After ruining so many of my lash shields with tint, it was about time I looked at an alternative way to tint the lashes, without getting the tint everywhere.

I found @noemiprofessional.uk Silicone Reshields to be the best option when tinting the lashes after a lash lift!🪄

So easy to apply the reshields under the lifted lashes and easy to apply the tint onto the reshields✨

Available to purchase on the @labfactorpro website 💕

You could consider this as a controversial topic, let me know in the comments below👀

A question we get asked ALOT as Halal Brow Specialists, what makes brows Halal or what is Halal Brows? 👀

Halal Brows are a brow grooming service that does not include any hair removing, including waxing, threading, plucking etc.

Instead of these hair removal procedures, the brows are bleached using a precise technique giving clean and defined results.

The brow bleaching concept has been around for centuries due to the concept of eyebrow hair removal in Islam being Haram (prohibited).

3 THINGS TO NOTE:

- There are many scholars with differing opinions so always do your own research
- Our Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said in a Hadith, the eyebrows should not be removed, excluding the middle part of the brows and women who remove their brows hairs or those that get it done are cursed
- Allah (God) has made it clear to us in the Qur’an that we should not change his creation and of course this includes beauty, unless it’s causing harm.

ALWAYS do your own research, especially when you are unsure‼️

If there’s anything said that is incorrect, please feel free to DM directly or comment below 👇

May Allah make it easy for us and guide us to the straight path, Ameen✨

The level these girls are delivering. Honestly, I could cry 🙈

Watching my students grow, not just in skill, but in their drive, their ambition, their commitment to this movement, it means everything.

They’re not just learning a technique. They’re building something. And they care about it the same way I do.💜
