LOCKED IN, NOT LOCKED UP!

Comp prep is getting REAL, but that doesn’t mean we can’t have a little fun between sets!

The goals? SERIOUS.
The discipline? NON-NEGOTIABLE.
The vibes? ALWAYS IMMACULATE! 😝

26 DAYS UNTIL STATES! 🏆💪🏾

Last week, 170KG (375LB) said NO.
This week, I BET ON ME and pulled 175KG (386LB) then did a little dance to celebrate!!

One failed lift doesn’t erase the work. One bad day doesn’t define the journey.

Same woman. Same determination. Different day.

Because betting on yourself means showing up even when the results haven’t caught up to the work.

TRUST THE WORK. TRUST THE PROCESS. BET ON YOURSELF. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. 💪🏾

31 DAYS UNTIL STATES. 🏆

IT’S CRUNCH TIME, BABYYYY!!! 🔥🔥

Week 1 ✅

Some things we have to fix, but work is done. Foundational building and establishing better habits with both squat and bench press today. Let’s blow this bench up.

50 DAYS.

That’s it.

50 days until I walk onto that platform and find out what all of this built.

The missed lifts.
The sessions squeezed between work and motherhood.
The days the weight flew.
The days it humbled me.
The days I had every excuse not to go and went anyway.

This road hasn’t been perfect.

But I’m still on it.

And if the first 50 days taught me how to keep showing up…

The next 50 are about finding out just how far I can go. 😮‍💨

50 DAYS OUT.
ROAD TO STATES: ACT II.

180kg said NOPE.
Repeatedly. 🙄

Good thing I’m stubborn.

Because eventually 190kg said, “Come get your PR on the platform that MATTERS MOST!” 💪🏾 Even Kevin Hart was speechless (watch til the end) 🤣

The lesson? Stop treating failure like the ending. Sometimes failure IS the training. 🔥

100 Days to Stronger.

FYI, that screaming you hear is @_aillennn 🤣🤣
