One of the best transformations I’ve been a part of.
👏👏👏 Bringing life back into the home, to match the joy and love that already resides inside!

Soaking up those last days of Summer? Our client approved this seamless transition from their lounge area indoors to the pool lounge area outdoors. Daiquiris anyone? 🙋🏻‍♀️

Last weeks recap in photos 🫶

As someone who works in the dental field, you’re always helping bring smiles to the faces of your patients, friends, and everyone around you.

Since joining our community not so long ago, you’ve done the same thing here at F45.

Your positivity, kindness, and encouragement have made this place better, and the people around you are grateful for it.

So for your 100th class, we tracked down a few of your friends and asked them to return the favor by putting a smile on your face today.

Mackenzie, congratulations on 100 classes. This milestone is worth celebrating, but even more so, the person behind it.

Memorial Day Murph 🇺🇸

Today we honor the brave men and women who gave everything in service to our country. Memorial Day is more than a workout — it’s a moment to reflect, remember, and push with purpose.

The Murph challenges us physically, but it also reminds us of resilience, sacrifice, and community. Whether you finished every rep, modified the workout, or simply showed up and gave your best — that effort matters.

Thank you to everyone who joined us today and carried the spirit of Memorial Day into the studio. ❤️💙

The walnut arch, the handmade tile with a custom glaze mix, the brass, the marble floor - @tinylaneinteriors made a lot of bold calls in this room and every single one landed.

- Pantry Love - one of the most used areas of the kitchen! Especially when you have kids or love to entertain!

We thought of things that would be helpful to the everyday life and for the hosting days too!

— Easy Access Snack Storage
— Integrated Lighting (to easily see what you have)
— Every inch has function with Large Cutting Board and Cookie Sheet Storage
— Tall Cabinet hosts more food storage on one side and Kitchen Appliances and Supplies on the other side.
— Quartzite Countertop for additional appliance space or party prep & food prep
— And a Pocket Door to not only allow for extra room inside the pantry but to serve as a nice way to conceal a mess ;)
