Saturday, Revive had the honor of showing up for Fitness Meets the Fight: Breast Cancer Awareness Fest. 🎀 We provided FREE assisted stretching + Normatec compression therapy, but for me, this event was about much more than recovery. I’ve lost friends and family to breast cancer. I also have several clients who are breast cancer survivors and trusted Revive to be a part of their recovery following mastectomy surgery. So being able to show up, serve, and pour back into cancer survivors and the Tampa Bay community meant something different. 💗 When Revive is called… WE SHOW UP AND SHOW OUT. 💪🏾 Big shoutout to Jo from @tampagirliesfitnessandvibes for the invite, every fitness instructor who brought the energy, all of the vendors, and everyone who came out and supported such an important event. FITNESS MEETS THE FIGHT FAMILY!!! This weekend was pure magic and it’s all because of YOU. 💗✨ Seeing so many shades of pink and diverse, beautiful faces show up to support both breast cancer awareness and my personal journey left me completely speechless and touched. I haven’t had the chance to post because this community has been holding me down—flooding me with incredible content, beautiful memories and the sweetest messages. I am so deeply appreciative. Thank you all for letting me create a space where we could be open, vulnerable and connected. Breast Cancer touches many lives unexpectedly and it is like getting a death sentence but you do not have to go at it alone! I encourage you to listen to your bodies especially the under 40 who do not get access to mammograms for early detection and advocate for your health. We are often not listened to by healthcare professionals, so do what is right for you! A massive thank you to my amazing DJ, host, instructors, speakers, vendors staff and sponsor @blackgirlvitamins for bringing the energy and making it all happen. We took the leap, we shared our truth and the love came pouring back. Thank you, thank you, thank you. 🙏🏽💕

What I love about wellness events is the community and the appreciation from togetherness you feel in the space. 💕 My favorite part of this weekend was having the great pleasure of joining @tampagirliesfitnessandvibes at Breast Cancer Awareness Fest: Fitness Meets the Fight. 💪🎀 We all sweated it out through up to four workouts and got to support local venders in the community all in the name of Breast Cancer Awareness.
