Most conventional snacks on the grocery shelves are loaded with inflammatory ingredients that are silently wreaking havoc on your body (think canola oil, high fructose corn syrup, guar gum, natural flavor…on and on). Once you start reading labels, it gets more and more upsetting. Can we say trust issues? The general food system is failing us. Luckily there are brands out there who care. Brands who put quality ingredients in their food without the chemical additives. And yes, they can be more expensive but not all of them are! If you’re ready to minimize the toxins in your food (and household products), follow along for all of my low tox swaps and remember that it doesn’t have to happen overnight.
