I am so proud of women in small businesses! It's supportive, it's collaborative, it's " let's help each other shine". That is what we are creating that will translate on a higher level - lead by example, be the change you want to see! Tag all the women in small businesses that represent this ideal!!
I have so many i may need to do a separate post haha

In my work, whether I’m creating a Soulart sketch, facilitating a workshop, or simply sitting with someone in conversation, l keep witnessing moments that remind me we are not as separate as we think.

The events I’m offering this summer are explorations of these questions.

How do we listen more deeply?

How do we trust what we already know?

How do we reconnect with ourselves, with one another, and with something larger than ourselves?

If any of these questions speak to you, I’d love to have you join me in person at an upcoming event listed on the flyer
l would be honored to share one or all of these experiences with you.

✨Where do my stones come from?✨

I feel incredibly fortunate to live on the water here in central Maine. While I’ve always loved the coast, my heart truly belongs to the mountains, lakes, and rivers. Thanks to my family — especially my grandparents — I wake up each day looking out over fresh water, a gift I never take for granted.

The stones I use come from this beautiful, high-vibrational place I call home, and I believe that energy lives within every mat I create. My grandmother gave me a love for the earth, plants and stones - the stones I use come from her river rock garden decades in the making. Protecting the Earth is deeply important to me, which is why I would never use stones in a way that could contribute to coastal or waterway erosion or harm the natural beauty of my state.

I’m an earthy soul at heart — someone who believes in living in harmony with nature and doing everything possible to care for her. Limiting plastic waste is one of my biggest priorities, which is why I love TipToe Eco Marketplace and the work they’re doing to encourage more sustainable living. If you can, support them and consider making the switch to refillable containers — small changes truly make a difference.
