Stepping back on that stage after three years… it felt incredible.
Competing in the new Fit Model division was an amazing experience, and even though I didn’t place, I got exactly what I needed—clarity.

After speaking with Sandy Williamson, it was clear… I belong in Bikini.

At 63, things are different. Our bodies change. Building and maintaining muscle takes more effort, more intention—but it’s not impossible. And I’m living proof of that.

I’m not done.
I’m back in the grind… and this time, it’s Bikini. 💪✨

First and foremost, I want to thank my husband, the love of my life, Mark Cherry—for standing by me every step of the way. From prepping every single meal to helping coach me alongside my main coach Pete Ciccone and his amazing wife Emily Ciccone… this journey wouldn’t have been possible without you.

And to all my family and friends—you know who you are—near and far… thank you from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for showing up, for your love, and for being there for me on show day. It means more than you know.

And thank you to Muscle Contest for putting on such a professional show and giving us a platform to showcase all of our hard work. This was my first time competing with @musclecontest amongst my peers, and it was an incredible experience, along with our overall winner, an A2F Babe Athlete @amberlynne2925.

This is just the beginning. 🔥.

Three years off stage… and now 7 weeks out.

Coached by @pete619muscle, @fitemwellness and my love, @the_a2f_coach, this prep has reminded me that evolving as an athlete is not weakness — it’s wisdom.
Moving from Bikini to Fit Model has allowed me to stay competitive while choosing a healthier, more sustainable path for my body as I get older.

At 63, recovery is different. Prep is different.
But the discipline, the passion, and the love for the stage never change.

I’m stepping back on stage in the Masters 40+ division, not to prove my age means nothing…
but to show what’s possible when you refuse to quit.

Stronger. Smarter. Still hungry.

As I make my journey in life and I find that 50 is coming to an end. I would have never thought I would have lived this long with a rare cancer. All I can say its god will. No excuses i just keep moving forward.

I train through the battles you can’t see. Polycythemia vera doesn’t define my limits my mindset does.

Keep showing up. That’s how strength is built.
