Day 2 of the program we started off the day with some 10 yard builds and flying 10’s and 20’s. Did 3 a piece for Max V day, trynna emphasize the posture of “staying tall” with the shoulders stacking your hips, a nice cycler motion of striking underneath your self when hitting top V.

In the weight room we started off seated broad jump to vertical jump, did 2 x3 reps.. have stick the landing with great landing mechanics.. knees out, chest over knees and being on the balls of your feet. PAIRED this with Barbell Squat Jumps 3x3

Moving on with some unilateral work with:
B1. BB Box Step Up 3x6ea
B2. Hamstring machine leg curl (2 up, 1 down) going from a bilateral concentric movement to overloading the eccentric portion for the hamstring.

C1. Long lever Glute ISO holds 2x20sec
C2. Band Adductors 3x8ea
C3. Band Abductors 3x8ea

Finish the day with KB deadbugs 2x10ea with a 1 sec pause each rep. Working the inner unit of the core to help the low back out!

First of all, thank you for the support this season. This season has been a life altering journey and experience for me. I’ve truly never expected to keep going on with this to be honest. This year I’ve grown so much in this hobby and passion, in all honesty I thought I was never this good at photography but looking at im pretty good ngl. I’ve improved so much since I started last year and I’m thankful for the people that have helped me become a better photographer and person over the past months. Im extremely excited for what’s to come with photography in the next years. Once again, thank you really for all the support and love for this dream and turning it into a reality. Thank you, I don’t deserve it.

For those moving on to another chapter in life, for one, thank you for everything even though I’ve known you for like 4 months, thank you for loving and supporting me in my journey through photography. It truly means a lot to me. Second, I hope you know I’ll support you in your journey in fb. Much luv to yall🤞🏼❤️

Thank you.
