It's been a minute since my birthday weekend in Corvallis to see Viv cheer the first game of her senior year. I'm so happy Cyn and Jax were able to join us! A great weekend!

I apologize for any mistakes. I'm doing my best to double check rosters, but not all have been updated when I was prepping these prayer posts. I also check individual profiles for school and team updates, but sometimes I miss things.

🙏🤼‍♀️❤️

Please let me know if any of y'all ever have any prayer requests!

Also, if any of y'all would like to be on my IMPACT prayer list, check out my pinned post!

This is 50. Some people wince at the age of 50, but most people I've encountered say, congratulations. This has shifted my perspective on being 50. I have an amazing family, friends and job. This is not lost on me. Cheers friends! Btw....this weekend is going be incredible. A special shoutout to @levasseurlanagan for having a great meal with me tonight!

A huge thank you to the McDonnell brothers for an awesome clinic! 🤼
We’re grateful for the time, knowledge, and experience they shared with some of northern Nevada’s wrestlers.
And thank you to everyone who came out, worked hard, and made the most of the opportunity. We appreciate you! 💪🏽⛏️

🦍🤼‍♂️ IRON SHARPENS IRON! 🤼‍♂️🦍

Big shoutout to @goldrushreno for hosting the McDonnell Brothers and putting on an awesome wrestling clinic! 🔥

A few of our Predators had the opportunity to learn directly from a couple of Division I athletes, pick up some new techniques, add a few tricks to the toolbox, and get a different perspective on the little details that make a BIG difference on the mat. 💪🧠

We’re grateful for opportunities like this that allow our athletes to learn, grow, and surround themselves with high-level wrestlers who have competed at the next level.

Thank you @Goldrushreno and the McDonnell Brothers for giving back to the wrestling community and sharing your knowledge with the next generation! 🙌

Now it’s time to take what we learned and put it to work. 🦍⚡

TRAIN HARD. HUNT VICTORY.

Was a take down for @wood_bone first or no takedown and @tj.mcdonnellll scrambled his way out for a takedown for himself? We will let the people decide 😎 that’s how we settle debates here at the @orangecountyrtc
